How to process an order after it is generated?

New products must be tested and 100% completed before being delivered to the logistics company. Generally, the order will be submitted within 1-3 working days to arrange delivery. If the product shows a reservation in your country / region, your order will be booked. The reservation will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after placing the order.

All orders in the region will receive free delivery service. Orders are generally sent by the designated cooperative logistics company by default. If other logistics companies are required, additional transportation fees will be charged.

After receiving the order confirmation, if the customer does not give a detailed description, the logistics company cooperated with the crystal seller will generally deliver the goods. Order information

After the order is generated incorrectly, you can change the delivery address or other information of the order at any time before the parcel is sent.
